What should you do
Strategic FP&A Leadership
- Own and lead end-to-end FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and management reporting.
- Translate corporate and business strategies into integrated financial plans, scenarios, and forecasts.
- Act as a thought partner to senior management by providing forward-looking insights, risks, and opportunities.
Financial Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting
- Lead the annual budget cycle and periodic reforecast processes, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and financial targets.
- Review, challenge, and consolidate inputs from business units, ensuring assumptions are robust and well-articulated.
- Develop multi-year financial models to support strategic initiatives, investments, and new business opportunities.
Performance Management & Reporting
- Ensure integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of management reporting, KPIs, and performance dashboards.
- Develop and continuously enhance management reporting packs to provide meaningful insights on revenue, cost drivers, margins, and profitability.
- Monitor and analyze OPEX and CAPEX performance, highlighting material variances and recommending corrective actions.
Business Partnering & Decision Support
- Partner closely with commercial, operations, product, and other business teams on financial feasibility, pricing, and commercial structuring.
- Evaluate business partnerships, new initiatives, and investment proposals, recommending optimal financial and operating models.
- Provide value-added analysis to support executive and board-level decision-making.
Process Optimization & Governance
- Drive continuous improvement of FP&A processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
- Establish strong governance over financial data, assumptions, and models to ensure consistency across the organization.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization, margin improvement, and return enhancement across projects and operations.
People & Stakeholder Management
- Provide functional leadership, coaching, and guidance to FP&A team members (including Leads), fostering strong analytical capability and business acumen.
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners to support cross-functional initiatives.
- Support development of a high-performance FP&A culture with strong ownership, accountability, and continuous learning.
Ad Hoc & Management Support
- Lead or support ad hoc financial analyses, deep dives, and modelling requested by senior management.
- Support special projects, M&A or strategic reviews, and regulatory or management requirements as needed.
Who should join us
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance.
- Demonstrated experience in leading budgeting, forecasting, and performance management in a complex or fast-growing organization.
- Strong financial modelling, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
- Proven ability to translate complex data into clear insights and executive-level narratives.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including influencing at senior levels.
- Proven experience in managing end to end budget, forecasting exercise
- Exeprienced in analyzing, supporting and providing support in sales, margins, product launches
- Experience driving process improvements and leveraging data, automation, or BI tools.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ownership over financial outputs.
