Responsibilities

1.Develop procurement plans based on market conditions, issue purchase orders according to the procurement plan, follow up on the ordering, payment, and warehousing of e-tickets, and complete procurement tasks on time.

2.Monitor inventory turnover and expiration risks for in-stock products, promptly address stagnant inventory issues to reduce the risk of ticket expiration.

3.Maintain good cooperative relationships with suppliers and handle any ticket-related anomalies in a timely manner.

4.Assist and cooperate with internal teams to complete daily system upgrades, reconciliation, and other work-related tasks.

Job Requirements

1.Bachelor's degree or above, major is not limited.

2.Relevant procurement experience in the tourism industry is a plus.

3.CET-4 or above, with the ability to communicate in written English.

4.Possess good data analysis skills.

5.Able to work independently while also collaborating in a team environment.

6.Proficient in using office software such as Excel and Word.
