Attendant, F&B - Based in Macau (Indonesian)

Job Requirement:

Communication:

Fluent Mandarin or Cantonese, Conversational English

With F&B working experience will be preferable

The primary role of the F&B Attendant is to deliver five-star service, ensuring courtesy and safety to customers in all food and beverage (F&B) areas at City of Dreams. She will embody the mission, values, and vision of City of Dreams, operating in line with the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This role involves front-line operations, responding to customer inquiries, and providing excellent communication with a diverse range of customers.

Primary Responsibilities

Overall:

- Responsible for the accurate and efficient operation of F&B services, including sales, ticketing (if applicable), and ensuring smooth daily operations.

- Manage crowd control and maintain the cleanliness and organization of all areas.

- Ensure the highest service quality in alignment with the image of City of Dreams.

F&B Sales and Servicing:

- Serve customers by introducing and promoting F&B offerings.

- Handle the cash register and ensure accuracy in all transactions.

- Perform daily opening and closing duties for the F&B outlet as directed by the Manager, Supervisors, and Coordinators.

- Regularly stock and organize supplies to maintain an orderly environment.

Customer Service & Cleanliness:

- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of all F&B areas.

- Handle customer complaints courteously and report major issues to supervisors.

- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers.

- Report accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to supervisors.

- Ability to work irregular hours, including weekends and evenings

Height Requirement:

Female 165cm or above

Male 175cm or above

Good looking with positive attitude, open minded and willing to work as a team
