The Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Fresh Graduate Auditor to join our growing team. In this entry-level role, you'll be working closely with senior auditors to support auditing processes for international clients. You'll be trusted to assist in examining financial statements, maintaining accurate records, and supporting compliance initiatives. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working virtually, values ownership of their responsibilities, and is eager to build a career in auditing in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting internal and external audits of financial statements and processes.
• Review and analyze financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare audit documentation, working papers, and reports under supervision.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to identify risks and provide recommendations.
• Maintain organized audit files and ensure compliance with company and client policies.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute to audit best practices.
• Use accounting software and tools such as Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks to manage audit data.

What We're Looking For:

• Fresh graduate with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and auditing concepts.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
• Comfortable working remotely and communicating via Zoom, MS Teams, and cloud-based systems.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative and multicultural environment.
