A highly-regarded international professional services firm is seeking an experienced audit manager to join its growing assurance practice in Singapore.

What You'll Do:
As an audit manager, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of local and international clients, leading audit engagements from planning through completion while delivering exceptional client service and maintaining the highest professional standards.
You'll partner closely with senior leadership, build trusted client relationships, mentor and develop your team, and play a key role in driving the continued growth of the practice.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage multiple audit and assurance engagements from planning to completion.
• Oversee a portfolio of local and multinational clients across diverse industries.
• Review audit work to ensure compliance with SFRS, IFRS, SSA and ISA.
• Provide practical solutions on complex accounting and audit matters.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Manage engagement budgets, timelines, profitability and billing.
• Coach, mentor and develop audit professionals through regular feedback and performance management.
• Collaborate with partners and business development teams on proposals and new client opportunities.
• Foster a culture of quality, collaboration and continuous improvement.
What You'll Bring:
We're looking for a confident audit professional who combines strong technical expertise with exceptional leadership and client management skills.
You'll ideally have:
• A recognised professional accounting qualification (CA Singapore, ACCA, CPA, ICAEW or equivalent).
• At least 7 years of external audit experience, preferably within an international or established public accounting firm.
• Strong technical knowledge of IFRS, SSA and ISA.
• Proven experience managing audit engagements and leading teams.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for developing people and delivering quality outcomes.
