Job Description

The Successful Applicant
A successful AVP, Data Management Ops (Team Lead) should have:
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of data management principles, frameworks, and tools.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Experience in the financial services industry or similar sectors.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
