Bakery Operations Manager

A bakery operations manager oversees daily production, supply chains, staA performance, and

Production and Quality Control

• Track daily baking schedules and output targets.
• Inspect final baked goods for quality and appearance.
• Reduce waste and fix workflow bottlenecks.

Inventory and Supply Chain

• Monitor stock levels for flour, sugar, and perishables.
• Place purchase orders with approved food vendors.
• Manage central kitchen or retail storage logistics.
• Conduct routine stock audits and cost controls.

Safety and Compliance

• Enforce food safety and kitchen hygiene rules.
• Maintain clean equipment and workspace standards.

Keep health and workplace safety permits updated

MUST TO HAVE:

Diploma/Degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field.

Minimum 10 years of experience in retail or F&B operations.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if any emergency
