Job Description

  • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
  • Min 3 years of relevant experience in fund administration, change management, and/or project management
  • Possess great analytical and problem solving skills
  • Experience in accounting, finance, or business-related area
  • Knowledge of financial operations
  • Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Ability to work as a team player and work with people of different cultures
  • Positive attitude and have a problem-solving aptitude
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks within a fast-moving environment
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise business writing and verbal communication

  • Mainly serve as Business Analyst for client change requests in requirements gathering, impact assessment and proposed solution.
  • To support in fund setup activities (i.e. new funds and share class setup)
  • To support in administration work related to change governance control
  • Review ageing change items to ensure no overdue implementation on ongoing change requests
  • Monitor work activities to ensure timely updates provided on ongoing change requests
  • To provide end-to-end coordination work on assigned change requests
  • To assess and develop solutions that will bring productivity and cost efficiency for Fund Accounting Operations
  • To produce Business Requirement Document for any technology related request
  • Assist as Tester to perform any validation testing required by Operations prior to change implementation
  • Track delivery for the change requests / projects assigned
  • Assist the team manager in producing MI reporting
