Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Provide consultation and advisory service to customer on products and treatments.
  • Making product/ treatment recommendation to customers.
  • Performing customer service by updating customer the balance of credit and obtaining customers feedback on the services rendered to them.
  • Handle daily sales including collecting payments, invoicing, settlement, rendered services, profile checking and etc. by using existing system.
  • Assist Branch Manager on achieving sales targets.
  • Monitor stock levels and sales, and re-order items when necessary.
  • Assists Branch Manager in Operations matter i.e. preparing work schedule, managing staff, staff grooming and also others daily operations during absence of Branch Manager.
  • Maintains ambience of the Retails Outlet, ensure the tidiness of the stock shelves and organize sales areas.
  • Provide training/coaching for Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) and new therapist using Training Module.

Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years working experience in retail (preferably in similar industry)
  • Energetic, a team player
  • Good complexion with pleasant customer service skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Required language(s): Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
