Job Description

Main Responsibilities:
a) Carry out schedule/ assigned PPM work orders in time to the satisfaction of customer as well as internally accepted quality guidelines

b) Carry out PPM with approved calibrated test equipment

c) Use correct check list to perform PPM as indicated with appropriate task

d) Where vendors are involved in the services witness the service and also signed of the reports

e) Attend assigned break down calls within the response time as per the contract

f) Ensure that services report are properly filled with customer approval

g) Carry out assigned calibration, acceptance test according to the guidelines from hospital/company management and ensure that proper documentation is prepared and maintained

h) Ensure that assigned acceptance safety maintenance test is properly documented

i) Prioritize work, set work standards and inspect work in progress and upon completion for completeness and accuracy

Respond to off-hours critical callas to resolve technical issues, handle the emergency contact phone (hotline) during the duty hours

k) Coordinate maintenance and grounds activities with other departmental supervisors and contractors

Provide the technical assistance to various departments

m) Maintain routine records and prepare reports

n) Assigning and directing work, performance evaluation, rewarding and disciplining, addressing complaints and resolving problems

0) Perform the work of lower-level problems

p) Foster a respectful, collaborative work environment with co-works, other departments and vendors

g) Maintain all kind of equipment license in valid state and update time to time. If necessary need to coordinate with authority suck as KKM, JKKP, CKAPS

Order supplies, materials and equipment preparation and documenting of the report

s) Resolve scheduling, implementation, equipment and inventory issues

t) Coordinate construction project, remodels and other special projects which relevant to BME

u) Assist in the preparation of various contracts, request for proposal and reports

V) Coordinate with contractors

w) Perform related duties as required
