Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SEO Specialist with Blackhat experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of search engine optimization best practices, a proven track record of improving website rankings, and a passion for staying up to date with the latest SEO trends and algorithms.


Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct keyword research to identify high-potential keywords for organic search.
  • Optimize website content, including on-page elements (title tags, meta descriptions, headers) and off-page elements (URL structure, schema markup).
  • Perform technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues affecting website performance.
  • Develop and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority and backlink profile.
  • Monitor website performance using analytics tools and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Stay informed about search engine algorithm updates and industry trends, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content production.
  • Track and report on key SEO metrics, including organic traffic, rankings, and conversions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred),
  • Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years in the field.
  • In-depth knowledge of Blackhat SEO techniques and best practices.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Moz, SEMrush, etc.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A commitment to staying up to date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes.
Preferred Qualifications (but not mandatory)
  • Google Analytics and Google Ads certification.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO.
