Boutique Assistant (Luxury Brand, Pavilion KL)

Salary Offer:RM3,000 - 3,500

• Maintain uncompromising standards of boutique presentation and ensure merchandise is properly maintained and secured at all times
• Ensure exceptional levels of customer service and after-sales experience
• Build sustainable relationships with new and existing clientele to maximize sales opportunities and promote brand loyalty

• Assist fellow Boutique Ambassadors in every aspect of the sales process

• Promote a culture of service excellency within the boutique
• Createunique, memorable and awe-inspiring experiences for customersto keep them engaged with the brand

• Ensure inventory is properly maintained, secured and accounted for via regular stock- takes and product maintenance
• Assist in organizing and implementing regular, in-store marketing activations

• Minimum 1 year experience working in a luxury environment

• Creative, entrepreneurial mindset with positive outlook
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
• Experience working with a diverse client base
