Branch Sales Manager
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry of car rental & inbound travel (Northern Region researching and analyzing sales options.
- Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics
- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service
- Possess deep knowledge of business product offering and value proposition
- Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities
- Solve problems for clients and customers by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions
- To achieve monthly or annual targets by keeping track of sales targets, organizing sales visits.
- Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Ensure all the branches staffs is following SOP and all the documents is upload to system and filling accordingly.
- Ensure All the branches billing & payment collection is by deadline given.
- Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly
Requirement:
- Diploma or Degree or equivalent education
- Ability to develop strong customer relationships and convert opportunities to sales
- At least 6 -8 years work experience above in Manager Sales, Sales or Customer Account Management roles.
- Willing work at Bayan Lepas, Penang
