About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to lead brand strategy, marketing execution, and commercial performance for a portfolio within the personal care category. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping brand equity, managing product innovations, and executing integrated marketing plans to drive sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of brand strategies and annual marketing plans to drive top-line growth.
Manage end-to-end campaign execution across ATL, BTL, digital, and in-store channels.
Spearhead New Product Development (NPD) and portfolio updates, including launch strategies and go-to-market execution.
Manage external agency relationships (creative, media, digital, and P.R.) to ensure high-impact campaigns and brand messaging.
Monitor brand performance, track sales data, and conduct market reviews to recommend growth initiatives.
Oversee A&P budget allocation and measure ROI on marketing expenditures.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners (trade marketing, sales, regulatory, supply chain) to ensure cohesive execution.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
5-8 years of brand management experience in the FMCG sector, ideally handling personal care categories.
Proven track record in executing 360° campaigns and bringing new product innovations to market.
Strong commercial acumen with a data-driven approach to brand planning and strategy.
Excellent project management, stakeholder coordination, and agency management abilities.
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
