We are seeking a Business Analyst – Data SME (Enterprise Data Platforms) to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, with a focus on data management and governance. You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that data solutions meet organizational needs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for enterprise data platforms.
• Analyze and translate business needs into technical specifications for data solutions.
• Conduct data quality assessments and ensure data integrity across platforms.
• Develop and maintain documentation including data models, process flows, and user guides.
• Assist in the implementation of data governance policies and practices.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive business decisions.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops for end-users on data-related tools and processes.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in business analysis or a related field, preferably within enterprise data platforms.
• Strong understanding of data management principles and practices.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience with SQL for data querying and analysis.
• Knowledge of data governance frameworks and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
