Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze business & functional requirements from stakeholders.
  • Propose and ensure solutions align with business needs.
  • Prepare detailed specification documents (URS, SRS, SDS, API guidelines).
  • Assist team leaders in project communication and coordination.
  • Support project timelines and deliverables.
  • Mentor junior Business Analysts and collaborate with technical teams.
  • Provide ongoing support throughout the SDLC and Scrum process.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Advantageous to have system development experience (1+ year).
  • Proficient in software development life cycle (SDLC), system analysis, and design.
  • Leadership skills for team coordination and project management.
  • Critical thinking, responsibility, and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.
  • CPRE-FL certification or equivalent is an added advantage.
