Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business units to analyze and support role matrix updates
- Perform application onboarding, including requirement gathering, build, UAT, and production deployment within the IDM solution
- Manage access review exercises, including reconciliation and consolidation into a centralized repository
- Review and maintain application access matrices
- Maintain Segregation of Duties (SoD) rules within the IDM system
- Support internal and external audits by providing required data
Additional Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment with minimal supervision
- Stay updated on identity management trends and contribute to security improvements
Requirements
Education:
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or Cyber Security
- Professional certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM, CEH) are an advantage
Technical Skills:
- 5–7 years of relevant experience
- Hands-on experience with IDM tools
- Strong knowledge of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
- Proficiency in Oracle SQL and writing complex queries
- Experience with scripting (Python or Java preferred)
- Experience with reporting tools and strong analytical ability
