Job Description

Lead and perform the requirements gathering with customers.
Lead and perform analysis on customer requirements and produce a functional design with technical team members.
Design and document the functional details.
Provide consultancy on the system product. Training will be provided by Product Team to understand the reward system product.
Perform configuration of the system based on the input of functional details and business requirements.
Develop the test scenarios and test scripts.
Carry out the testing including the mobile application, web application and administration portal systems.
Supporting the customer during customer testing.
Conduct the training for the customer.
Perform application maintenance support.

Requirements:-

At least 2- 3 years of working experience as a Business Analyst or equivalent position.
Working Experience in Insurance Industry or Rewards System/Loyalty System/Marketplace/Mobile Banking/Internet Banking would be an added advantage.
Good command of English and the ability to converse in Mandarin will be a plus point.
Good interpersonal skills as a team player and am able to work independently.
Must be analytical and a problem-solver.
Willing to travel and be based overseas if needed.
