Job Description

  • Lead and perform the requirements gathering with customers.
  • Lead and perform analysis on customer requirements and produce a functional design with technical team members.
  • Design and document the functional details.
  • Provide consultancy on the system product. Training will be provided by Product Team to understand the reward system product.
  • Perform configuration of the system based on the input of functional details and business requirements.
  • Develop the test scenarios and test scripts.
  • Carry out the testing including the mobile application, web application and administration portal systems.
  • Supporting the customer during customer testing.
  • Conduct the training for the customer.
  • Perform application maintenance support.

  • At least 2- 3 years of working experience as a Business Analyst or equivalent position.
  • Working Experience in Insurance Industry or Rewards System/Loyalty System/Marketplace/Mobile Banking/Internet Banking would be an added advantage.
  • Good command of English and the ability to converse in Mandarin will be a plus point.
  • Good interpersonal skills as a team player and am able to work independently.
  • Must be analytical and a problem-solver.
  • Willing to travel and be based overseas if needed.
