Your new role in our Innovation and Design Team

• Analyse business gaps between the Ultradata product suite and financial industry regulations, standards, and client processes
• Scope and document processes through workshops, stakeholder engagement, and detailed analysis to identify enhancements or required changes
• Develop product concepts and present new ideas to management for evaluation.
• Champion business analysis by producing clear business requirements, functional specifications, and non‑functional documentation
• Support client issue resolution and provide structured solution options for internal decision‑making
• Plan and oversee projects including scope, resources, timelines, and budgets
• Ensure product delivery quality by collaborating with Development and QA teams to uphold robust testing and release processes
• Build internal knowledge through documentation, frameworks, and cross‑team support.

Your perfect background!

• Tertiary qualifications in IT, Computer Science, Business, Commerce (Financial Services), or related fields.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Product Specialist.
• Strong exposure to software development environments and project management.
• Background in financial services or retail banking (advantageous).
• Experience with legislative or compliance projects (added advantage).
• Skilled in UI/UX considerations, SDLC methodologies, and process‑driven documentation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management abilities
• A proactive, analytical mindset with the ability to navigate complex, conflicting priorities calmly and professionally.
• A collaborative, curious team player eager to deepen financial services and product knowledge.

Desirable Extras

• Knowledge of the Financial Technology industry.
• Formal background or qualifications in User Interface Design.
