· Bachelor's Degree in business, accounting, IT or any related field required.
· 5+ Years related experience such as business analysis, project management, project management office, demand management, etc.
· 2+ Years in insurance/reinsurance industry, particularly in operations, treaty administration, finance, valuation, or pricing. (Preferred)
· Demonstrable experience tracing end-to-end data and process flows across multiple systems.
· Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)-PMI, PRINCE 2 or equivalent qualification (Preferred).
· Ability to use data visualization tools such as Power BI.
· Experience in Business Process Modeling.
· Advanced investigative, analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to quickly adapt to new methods, work under tight deadlines and stressful conditions.
· Ability to set individual and team goals and handle multiple tasks, clients, and projects simultaneously; Ability to appropriately balance priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
· Strong oral and written communication skills demonstrating ability to share and impart knowledge. Advanced English language skills.
· Time/effort tracking and financial reporting tools.
