Job Description

  • Generate new leads and drive sales to support company revenue growth.
  • Actively seek new business opportunities through prospecting, lead qualification, pitching, and closing deals.
  • Develop tailored business proposals and deliver persuasive presentations to prospective clients.
  • Build and manage strong client relationships throughout the entire sales cycle, including contract renewals.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of services in line with contractual agreements.
  • Track and monitor sales performance and pipeline activities to support strategic planning.
  • Prepare accurate and competitive sales quotations and tender documents.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Support the development and execution of annual marketing plans, sales strategies, and business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development, including managerial responsibilities for Manager level.
  • Fresh graduate or min 1 years sales experience for assistant level
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach, strong time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and securing major business accounts.
  • Strong understanding of business development, sales processes, and marketing best practices.
  • Candidates with prior experience in managing sales channels or providing technical support/services in the lubricants industry are preferred.
