Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and approach potential clients to onboard them onto our platform.
- Partnership Development: Collaborate with external partners such as Introducing Brokers and Partners to expand our market reach and drive client acquisition.
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction, retention and loyalty. Proactively addressing client needs, offering tailored solutions through services and products, and ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Product Promotion: Educate clients about our range of financial products and services, including trading accounts, investment opportunities and trading tools to drive adoption and usage.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies, including lead generation tactics and client engagement initiatives to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Compliance: Meeting and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs), demonstrating a commitment to excellence in all aspects of the role.
- Data Management: Efficiently managing client data in CRM, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for strategic decision-making, and conducting in-depth research on sales statistics.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in business development, sales or account management within the financial services industry, preferably in forex brokerage or trading.
- Strong understanding of the forex market, trading platforms and financial products.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess analytical and strategic thinking skills to identify business opportunities and trends.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Well versed with MT4/MT5 or relevant trading platforms.
- Proficiency in using CRM software or other relevant business tools.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken).
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
