JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
1. Responsible for client relationship management. To develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and
act as a point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and issues.
2. Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies and plans by generating quotes, proposals, and
contracts and collaborating with the sales team to meet revenue targets.
3. Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of client information and transactions. To monitor client accounts,
payments & orders, and resolve client concerns or complaints.
4. Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams and keep clients informed about product updates, promotions, and relevant information.
5. Prepare and present sales reports and analyse data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
6.Responsible for the development and achievement of sales quota.
7.Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business.
8.Conduct market analysis and evaluate competitors and market conditions. Provide insights to the Senior Account Manager or Sales Team.
9. Reports to the Sales Manager, providing regular input on all account activity, including status and call reports on a weekly basis.
