Effectively maintain and grow sales revenue from key accounts and new customers under his / her responsibility to meet the company's budgeted revenue and profitability for new businesses through sales and marketing activities.
Responsible for existing customer relationship management.
Implement and exercise good customer service by responding to clients request so as to ensure high service level and good coordination for safe, smooth and cost-effective operations.
To follow-up with customers and assists on trouble-shooting customers issues.
To ensure SLA is in place and adhered to through continuous monitoring, follow-up, and effective control to achieve operational efficiency.
Working closely with accounts and operations departments to ensure all sales are in compliance with the company's procedures / policies for credit terms and operations.
Continuously maintaining and building good rapport with customers key personnel and working closely with customer and operations team to ensure customers needs and expectations are met.
Execute and time completion of all assignments and reports as and when required.
Maintain good sales etiquette such as personal grooming, discipline in time keeping and maintaining activity reporting of customers details / sales visits.
Participate in meetings and presentations as and when required,
Perform any other adhoc assignments as and when required by the management.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Economics, Logistic / Transportation, Business Studies / Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position in or equivalent for this position.
Must have highly developed problem-solving capabilities with strong organizational and analytical skills.
