Job Description



  • To provide a supply chain eco system solution to the customers.
  • Drive growth opportunities and develop with the company product with a high level of commercial, technical/operational and market understanding.
  • Create sales and business lead of the company products capability to existing and new target customers.
  • Solid understanding of customer industry needs & requirements for the respective product.
  • Understand and coordinate with solution team to provide product pricing and service.
  • Maximize the company synergies & overall profitability on opportunities.
  • Market Intelligence: Constantly understand information on identifying market trends and competitor updates.
  • Develop business proposals by making recommendations and solutions to the Management on the business opportunities.
  • Effectively maintain and grow sales revenue from key accounts and new customers under his / her responsibility to meet the company's budgeted revenue and profitability for new businesses through sales and marketing activities.
  • Responsible for existing customer relationship management.
  • Implement and exercise good customer service by responding to clients request so as to ensure high service level and good coordination for safe, smooth and cost-effective operations.
  • To follow-up with customers and assists on trouble-shooting customers issues.
  • To ensure SLA is in place and adhered to through continuous monitoring, follow-up, and effective control to achieve operational efficiency.
  • Working closely with accounts and operations departments to ensure all sales are in compliance with the company's procedures / policies for credit terms and operations.
  • Continuously maintaining and building good rapport with customers key personnel and working closely with customer and operations team to ensure customers needs and expectations are met.
  • Execute and time completion of all assignments and reports as and when required.
  • Maintain good sales etiquette such as personal grooming, discipline in time keeping and maintaining activity reporting of customers details / sales visits.
  • Participate in meetings and presentations as and when required,
  • Perform any other adhoc assignments as and when required by the management.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Economics, Logistic / Transportation, Business Studies / Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position in or equivalent for this position.
  • Must have highly developed problem-solving capabilities with strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • An independent, aggressive, and achievement-orientated mindset.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, people and networking skills.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills and able to interact with people of all levels.
