Job Purpose
Responsible for achieving sales and gross profit (GP) targets within an assigned territory by developing both new and existing customer accounts. The role focuses on building a strong opportunity pipeline, increasing customer engagement, and driving profitable revenue growth in line with company strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve GP and revenue targets for the assigned territory
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within existing and potential accounts
- Maintain and grow relationships with key decision-makers across the territory
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to exceed territory targets
- Conduct regular customer visits, calls, and follow-ups (FaceTime targets)
- Understand customer supply chain needs and propose suitable logistics solutions
- Promote integrated logistics services and value-added solutions
- Record and update all sales activities and opportunities in CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and problem resolution professionally
- Stay updated on market trends, routes, and logistics solutions
- Support overall company sales strategy and growth objectives
Account Types
- Corporate Accounts: EUR 50K gross margin per quarter (plus strategic potential)
- Field Sales Accounts: EUR 5K gross margin per quarter
- CSA Accounts: EUR 5K gross margin per quarter
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of sales experience (preferably in logistics / freight forwarding / international transportation)
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Strong understanding of international logistics and supply chain operations
- Good knowledge of market trends, currency impact, and global trade environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Fluent in English and local language(s)
- Ability to work independently and manage territory effectively
- Willing to travel occasionally for business purposes
