Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Recruitment Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition, expand market presence, and generate new business opportunities for our recruitment and staffing services. The ideal candidate is a proactive sales hunter with a strong network of decision-makers and a proven track record in winning new clients and growing accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities for permanent, contract, and executive recruitment services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HR leaders, and key decision-makers across various industries.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close recruitment service agreements.
  • Develop strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, market mapping, and business development activities.
  • Collaborate closely with recruitment consultants to ensure successful delivery of client requirements.
  • Monitor market trends, hiring demands, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business development updates for management.
  • Drive account growth through cross-selling and upselling recruitment solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development within a recruitment agency, staffing firm, or talent solutions provider.
  • Proven track record of acquiring new clients and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, talent acquisition, and workforce solutions.
  • Established network of HR leaders, hiring managers, and business decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing enterprise and SME accounts is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
