Overseas Intelligent Computing (AIGC) BD Manager
Job Description
I. Work Responsibilities
- Drive the launch of new products/solutions in overseas regions
- Participate in product positioning validation for new products and solutions, coordinate pilot projects (test beds), and secure the top three orders within the region.
- Sales enablement, including the design and review of sales tools, and organizing training for channel sales and pre-sales personnel.
Regional Business Management
- Identify growth opportunities from a regional product perspective.
- Develop and execute regional product expansion strategies.
- Enable channel pre-sales personnel, and formulate and evaluate service policies.
Brand Building
- Plan and support technical salons, roadshows for new solutions, and promotional events.
- Present content related to Products, Solutions, and Sales Tools at regional quarterly channel meetings.
Major Project Support
- Handle customized requirements for major projects.
- Support the construction of reference projects in key regional markets.
- Provide support for Ruijie Ruiyi product projects that channel pre-sales personnel lack the capacity to handle independently.
II. Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of product expansion experience in overseas markets (Africa/Latin America/Europe/Southeast Asia) for networking equipment.
- Proficient with products from mainstream domestic and international networking equipment vendors (e.g., switches, gateways, wireless, security products); possession of a CCNP or higher-level certification is required.
- Bachelor's degree or above, with over 3 years of experience in pre-sales or post-sales within the data communication industry.
- Professional appearance, excellent communication and presentation skills, and experience in enhancing the pre-sales capabilities (training) of agents.
- Priority will be given to candidates with experience in pre-sales deal closure or post-sales delivery and operation/maintenance of domestic or overseas AIDC projects involving thousand-card clusters or larger-scale deployments
