Business Operations Analyst | Inventory, Assets & Compliance
We are looking for a Business Operations Analyst to manage consigned inventory, fixed assets, and scrap activities across contract manufacturing partners. This role will play a key part in maintaining operational control, compliance, and accurate reporting throughout the asset lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage SIG consigned tools, equipment, and materials at contract manufacturers.
- Ensure inventory accuracy, traceability, and reconciliation across systems and records.
- Review and maintain supporting documents such as POD, GR, invoices, and customs forms.
- Coordinate scrap activities for excess, obsolete, and defective materials.
- Ensure all scrap processes follow customs and regulatory requirements.
- Work with internal teams and manufacturers to validate scrap requests, quantities, and disposal methods.
- Support purchase requisitions, vendor coordination, and procurement activities.
- Maintain audit-ready records and support internal and external audits.
- Monitor inventory aging, scrap status, and compliance metrics.
- Prepare reports and drive process improvement opportunities.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Applied Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
- Good stakeholder management and coordination skills.
- Strong compliance awareness and problem-solving ability.
- Experience with SAP is an advantage.
- Knowledge of customs, LMW, or FTZ regulations is an advantage.
