Position : Business Process Analysts - Finance Master Data FDS

Working Duration: 6 months contract with PERSOLKELLY

WHO CAN APPLY

• Bachelor's degree in finance or recognized professional accounting qualification or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in general accounting, group and performance reporting or finance master data management.
• SAP knowledge and general accounting with exposure on month end close. Someone with finance master data knowledge eg create profit centre, cost centre or general accounts are added advantage.
• Experienced with financial control processes.
• Previous involvement in and experience of systems deployment activities, with an emphasis on data preparation / mapping and user training.
• Good team player and ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to prioritize workload, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Able to work shift during quarter close (if needed)
• Able to start in short notice
• Open only for Malaysian

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyst for Financial Data Structures (FDS) analyst responsible for the delivery of the team's day to day activities in support finance master data requests (e.g profit and cost centre, chart of accounts etc) in accordance with SLA.
• Ensure data input is consistent with the data standards and meets the required levels of completeness and accuracy.
• Support various dashboards and website maintenance to ensure information associated with finance master data mapping are accurate and up to date.
• Support routine reconciliation as part of data integrity measures. Proactive highlight and drill into the root cause whenever data discrepancy identified.
• Work with SAP MDG S/4 Hana technical support team on incident and task tickets.
• Support project deployments associated with finance master data migrating to SAP with the creation of master data, data mapping and resolving mapping issues, when required.
• Provision of business support at key periods (e.g. month-end) to enable timely reporting.
• Support process improvements and other finance data structure related activities assigned by the leads.
• Support the FDS manager in delivering training to users.
• Update policy and procedures, when required.
