About the Job
Support Agency Director in the area of event, payment, office maintenance etc.
- Coordinate Business Opportunity Programme (BOP) and events with the objective to maximise productivity and recruitment.
- Assist on event day which include but not limited to registration, backend support, award preparation etc.
- Track and maintain attendance record and conduct post event analysis.
- Update agency movement which include but not limited to agents elevation, delegation, termination, resignation etc.
- Produce assigned reports (adhoc or recurring) and analysis request based on Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and agreed turn-around-time.
- Review and maintain agency contract periodically to ensure information is updated accurately.
- Record and process payment for agency and staff claims.
- Ensures office is maintained in good condition.
- Take accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and take appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
- Highlight any potential concerns/risks and proactively share best risk management practices.
- Other responsibilities entailed.
We are looking for people with
- A recognised Degree in any discipline.
- Preferably 1-2 years of working experience in Admin/ Sales Support/ Operations. However, fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Detail-oriented, meticulous and adaptable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Good writing and communication skills.
- Highly motivated, success driven and able to work independently.
- High level of integrity, take accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.
- Take initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.
