What We're Looking For
Resolves complex business problems that need to be solved with automated systems. Contributes to
lead in technology needs assessments to determine where improvements can be made.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: –
Analyzes complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. – Exhibits expertise in identifying, evaluate designing and developing systems and procedures that
are cost effective and meet user requirements. – Develops integrations, converts data, and Configures system settings and options; plans and
executes unit, integration and acceptance testing; and creates specifications for systems to meet
business requirements. – Leads in providing consultation to users in the area of automated systems. – Leads cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues. – Internal or external, client-focused, working in conjunction with Professional Services and
outsourcing functions. – Collaborates with team to include company-wide, web-enabled solutions.
Job Requirements
Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent experience. Advanced
Degree preferred.
Preferred Work Experience (years): Minimum of 5-8 years of experience
Key Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills
Experience with end user issues
Demonstrated technical experience
Demonstrated experience working independently and
collaboratively on projects
Demonstrated experience trouble shooting
Broad knowledge of applicable IT systems/applications
Experience developing new systems and tools
Experience in documenting and maintaining up to date
systems procedures
Advanced analytical skills
Demonstrated Project Management skills
Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high
growth, rapidly changing environment
