Making outbound calls to potential customers, selling products or services and upselling customers.
Answering customer calls, answering questions, and handling customer complaints.
Prepare quotation when needed.
Contacting client to prompt them to place orders, understand their purchasing decision.
Update dataset and report of servicing contract singing rate and result.
Perform online portal submission and vendor registrations.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Post Graduate Diploma / Bachelor's Degree / Professional Degree in any discipline. Possess strong business acumen communication skills.
Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia
