Job Description

Role Summary

The Campaign Manager role will own the end to end lifecycle of card marketing campaigns, from strategy and ideation through execution, measurement, and optimization. The role will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, activation, engagement, and spend growth across the client's cards portfolio. The role will partner closely with Client's Product, Analytics, Compliance, and other teams to design and execute datadriven campaigns that deliver measurable business outcomes while enhancing customer experience.

Main Responsibilities

  • Own and manage end‑to‑end credit card marketing campaigns, including acquisition, activation, spend‑lift, and retention initiatives.
  • Design targeted, data‑driven campaigns using customer segmentation, behavioral insights, and performance analytics.
  • Develop and execute multi‑channel campaigns across email, digital, in‑app, web, social, direct mail, and partner channels.
  • Partner with Product, Data & Analytics, Compliance, Legal, Brand, Contact Centre, and Agencies to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
  • Define campaign objectives, success metrics, control groups, and test‑and‑learn frameworks.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance, providing clear insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Ensure all campaigns comply with brand guidelines, regulatory requirements, and risk controls.
  • Manage campaign timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
  • Document campaign learnings, best practices, and reusable artefacts for scale across the portfolio.

Qualifications & Experience

  • More than 5 years of experience in credit card marketing, campaign management, or customer lifecycle marketing.
  • Strong understanding of credit card products, rewards, benefits, and customer segments.
  • Proven experience managing endtoend marketing campaigns with measurable outcomes.
  • Ability to interpret data and analytics to drive campaign decisions and optimization.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working across crossfunctional teams.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and project management capabilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.
  • Experience with test and learn, A/B testing, and control group methodologies.
  • Client facing or consulting experience.
