In this role, you will be the main point of contact for our premier Booking App Initiative. Your key focus will be assisting users and commercial partners across Hong Kong, Macau, and other Cantonese-speaking regions with reservation logistics, app navigation, and account troubleshooting—delivering a top-tier customer experience with every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Omnichannel Support: Assist app users and merchants via phone, live chat, and email in fluent Cantonese, handling inquiries and resolving complaints efficiently.
  • Reservation Logistics: Help users create, amend, or cancel bookings, process secure payments, and explain active promotional offers.
  • Merchant Engagement: Act as the liaison between customers and third-party partners (hotels, restaurants, and transport services) to coordinate special requests or booking adjustments.
  • Technical Guidance: Help users resolve basic mobile app issues, account settings, and checkout errors.
  • Brand Advocacy: Use active listening, patience, and empathy to turn challenging situations into positive customer experiences.
  • Data Logging: Accurately record customer interactions, feedback, and resolution details in our CRM system using Traditional Chinese or English.

Applicant Profile & Requirements


Language Proficiency (Required)

  • Cantonese: Fluent or near-fluent spoken fluency. Excellent reading and typing skills in Traditional Chinese are required for chat and email support.
  • English: Upper-Intermediate (B2 level or above) to understand training materials, handle internal communication, and navigate English system interfaces.

Qualifications & Attributes


  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. (Graduates in Mass Communications, English, or Hospitality Management are highly encouraged to apply).
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer support, contact centers, or hospitality is a bonus, but fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Technical Aptitude: Tech-savvy, comfortable using mobile app ecosystems across multiple screens, with a typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
  • Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to work rotational shift patterns, including weekends and public holidays, to support our regional user base.
