What You'll Be Doing

Evyap is seeking an experienced Communication Executive to lead its internal and external communication support, coordinate events, support business unit communication and engagement, and assist in sales and marketing activities.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure all activities that are carried out are following ESM Integrated Management System requirements (ISO 9001, FSS 22000, GMP+B2, GMP, HACCP, EFfCI GMP for Cosmetic Ingredients, ISO 22716, KOSHER, HALAL, RSPO and MSPO).
• Responsible for overall quality control activities involving manual processes, including stickering and QR labelling.
• Responsible for overall quality control activities involving Incoming Materials.
• Authorized Personnel to give approval for Incoming Goods, Bar Soap, Crystal Soap, Cream Bar and Finished Goods from hand packing department.
• To perform investigations, analysis and report any defects detected in incoming goods, including raising Supplier Corrective Actions Report (SCAR) to suppliers / vendors.
• Responsible for the management of laboratory inventories such as apparatus (glassware), instruments (calibration and records) and stocks (bottles etc.).
• Carry out administrative work related to the QA bar soap department.
• To prepare and maintain the latest Standard Operating Procedure (S.O.P) related to the QA bar soap activities.
• Monitor and ensure that all QA bar soap lab activities are done properly and correctly, following GLP and HSE requirements.
• Follow GMP requirements and maintain the sustainability of relevant rules.
• Responsible to maintain the safety, health, and environment workplace for all members of the bar soap QA team

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry/chemical engineering/other related degree in chemical field.
• Good written and verbal English and Bahasa Malay communication.
• Experience working in FMCG or Oleochemical industry is an added advantage.
• Has Quality Testing experience
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience.
• Familiar with SAP System
