Job summary:
We are looking for a Chemistry, Polymer Science, or Chemical Engineering graduate to join our R&D team and contribute to the development of innovative glove products. You'll gain hands-on exposure to product development, design control, prototype evaluation, and process improvement while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer and regulatory requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure timely execution of projects by:
- Undertaking effective planning and provision of resources.
- Monitoring implementation and progress of projects.
Ensure compliance to Design Control requirements by:
- Executing requirements of design input and output of project in Design Request Stage and Prototype Stage.
- Performing project design technical analysis, troubleshooting and improvement activities.
- Compiling data and document on design output requirement for Design Request and Prototype Stage.
Ensure compliance to Quality System requirements by:
- Updating all control documents are as per current version.
- Ensuring filling system are followed by all level of design control executions.
Job Requirements:
- Recognized Degree in Chemistry or Polymer Science or Chemical Engineering and any related operation or process improvement experience.
- Relevant working experience in gloves manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge in process improvement, project management, analysis and design skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Innovative and a team player who is high responsive and results-driven.
