Job Details:

Position : Clerk

Company Background : Equipment Leasing Company

Working Hours : Monday - Friday (0900 to 1730)

Working Duration: 3 months contract with PERSOLKELLY (renewal/convert to permanent based on performance)

Remuneration : Basic RM1,650 with statutory contribution +RM300 COLA allowance + overtime payment + medical reimbursement


  • Diploma holder or minimum 2 years of related working experience for SPM holder
  • Mature personality with right attitude, ability to work independently and good interpersonal skills
  • Good in spoken and written English
  • Computer literate
  • Able to start work in short notice
  • Malaysian citizen


  • Recordkeeping of incoming applications from various Business Units.
  • Manage and maintain files submission and ensure information is current at all times.
  • Support credit staff on the requisition of clients file and other administrative duties.
  • Prepare and maintain monthly statistics of applications received.
  • Assist and coordinate the submission of monthly claims of staff within the department.
