Clinic Assistant / Nurse

Job description

Perform direct patient care, including not limited to taking vitals, physical assessment and laboratory works.

Administer prescribed medications and Dispense Medicine

Register Patients.

Apply sterile dressings.

Analyze patient records, records laboratory data & raised issues to physician when necessary.

Ensure all relevant safety measures are in place

Provide good patient care to fulfill and exceed customer expectation

Providing safe and effective nursing services to customers in order to achieve customer satisfaction.

Assist Doctor in handling patients flow

Answering phone calls and patients enquiries

Assist in clinic administrative duties

Handle front desk duties

Assist the patient with registration.

Adhere to safety standards and precautions.

Any other duties as assign by the Manager/ Management
