Job Summary:
The Operational Executive at WalkAgain Rehab oversees daily centre operations, facility
readiness, administrative execution, and client/vendor coordination. The job covers ensuring
smooth day-to-day workflow, maintaining high service efficiency, managing inventory and facility
upkeep, and providing comprehensive administrative support across all departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day centre operations, maintaining facility readiness, cleanliness, and
operational standards.
• Manage inventory levels for clinical supplies, administrative stationery, and therapy
consumables.
• Coordinate device maintenance schedules, facility repairs, and manage vendor service level
agreements (housekeeping, equipment suppliers, logistics).
• Act as a primary operational point of contact for patient enquiries, appointments, and client
communications.
• Assist in billing, invoicing verification, receipt issuance, and coordinate with the Finance team
for timely reporting.
• Manage patient feedback mechanisms, log complaints, and drive timely issue resolution to
uphold service excellence.
• Provide operational and logistical support for marketing campaigns, community outreach
events, and local health screenings.
• Maintain operational logs of referring doctors, partner clinics, and external corporate
alliances.
• Maintain centralized operational repositories, files, and records for quick retrieval during
administrative or regulatory audits.
• Assist management with scheduling review meetings, tracking internal action items, and
preparing monthly operational performance summaries.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration,
Operations Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in front-facing administrative, operations, or office
management roles.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting or fast-paced startup environment is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for patient and vendor engagement.
• Familiarity with facility maintenance tracking, inventory control, and basic financial
invoicing/billing coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and administrative software.
