CNC Machinist
Job Summary

Job Responsibilities
- Manufactures or machines products as per specification by operation of computer-controlled equipment or more mechanically based machines
- Produce products as per production schedule.
- Program, setup and operates Computer Numerical Control machine.
- Prepare process sheet, tooling selection and cutting parameter for precision machining of metal and engineering plastic
- Maintain machine, tooling, jig and fixtures
- Maintain and sustain good housekeeping at all time (5S) in the respective area
- Measure and inspect quality of product by using quality inspection and measuring equipment
- Implement cost-saving exercise
Job Requirements
- Diploma / Skills Certificate / Vocational Certificate in Machining, Mechanical, Manufacturing or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in CNC machining
- Experience in precision machining, especially in the semiconductor industry, is an advantage
- Possess a positive work attitude, committed, and detail-oriented
- Prioritize safety, maintain cleanliness (5S), and continuously strive to improve productivity
- Strong understanding of CNC machines and machining processes.
- Hands-on attitude with the ability to learn quickly and work independently.
