Commis - Bakery, Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur

You will be responsible for providing an excellent and consistent service to the guests. The Commis - Bakery is responsible for assisting in the preparation and baking of a variety of baked goods as well as supporting the bakery team in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food quality, and efficiency in the kitchen.

• Due to work permit restrictions, this position is only open to Malaysian Citizens and Permanent Residents of Malaysia.
• Ideally with an apprenticeship or professional certificate in Culinary Arts and Patisserie.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience as Commis in international hotels or F&B establishments are preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards will be essential.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality as well as possesses good communication and interpersonal skills.
