  • Policy & Framework Development
  • Incident Management
  • Internal Control (SOP) and Guideline
  • Financial loss ratio & Analyst
  • Legal / Finance / Technical alignment
  • Critical date & renewal management
  • SLA / maintenance responsibility control
  • Drive renewal strategy, renegotiation, and cost optimization initiatives
  • Establish lease governance framework and contract risk control

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in a business-related field: Business Administration, Risk Management, Finance, or Logistics/Legal.
  • Experience 1-3 years working experience with
  • - risk management / audit / internal control / legal
  • - Experienced in business continuity, risk management, logistics operations activities, or supply chain management is preferred
  • Experience managing warehouse or industrial facilities is preferred
  • Strong negotiation and cross-functional coordination skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong Commercial and Risk mindset
