Job Description

Job Description:

  • Animation Video
  • Design engaging animation videos using motion effects and transitions primarily for promotional ads and social media content across platforms.
  • Produce high-resolution motion graphics and background visuals for livestreams, live events, and large-format screens such as out-of-home (OOH) displays.
  • Post-Production Video
  • Create high-quality motion graphics and visual content optimized for online platforms using tools such as Adobe After Effects.
  • Develop visual supers and 2D or 3D assets based on project requirements.
  • Design and edit graphic assets to be integrated into video production.
  • Brand Consistency
  • Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across channels.
  • Support the adaptation of campaign visuals into different formats and sizes for multiple platforms.
  • Collaboration
  • Work closely with marketing, content, and campaign teams to translate campaign concepts into visual designs.
  • Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and iterate designs accordingly.
  • Project Ownership
  • Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure timely delivery while maintaining high design quality and accuracy.
  • Manage multiple tasks and prioritize deliverables to meet campaign timelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communication Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience as a Video motion and Graphic Designer
  • Experienced in Adobe After Effects
  • Good skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro
  • Strong understanding of art fundamentals, composition, and color theory
  • Experienced in video compositing including green screen removal, color grading, motion tracking, rotoscoping, Element 3D or Blender will be a plus
