Position Details

- Salary: RM3,000–RM5,000
- Working Hours: Normal working hours
- Experience Required: 2–5 years
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, program and optimize CNC machining and automated robotic processes.
- Set up and validate CNC machines, robotic systems, tooling, jigs and fixtures.
- Troubleshoot machining, robotic, tooling and process-related problems.
- Monitor cycle time, downtime and production efficiency.
- Support lean manufacturing, process improvement and new product introduction.
- Prepare SOPs, work instructions, process flows and control plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing or another related engineering field.
- Experience in CNC machining, automated robotic processes or manufacturing engineering.
- Knowledge of CNC programming, tooling, lean manufacturing and root cause analysis.
- Experience with ERP or MES systems is an advantage.
