About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Network Security Engineer to join our Infrastructure & Digital Workplace team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, securing, and supporting enterprise network infrastructure across the Asia Pacific region.

This is a regional role supporting a large-scale global enterprise connectivity environment, covering 11 countries and more than 45 interconnected sites. You will collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure a secure, scalable, highly available, and standardized network infrastructure while driving continuous improvement and technology harmonization across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain enterprise LAN, WAN, Wireless, and Network Security infrastructure.
  • Support Cisco-based enterprise networking environments, including routing, switching, wireless, and Software Defined Access (SDA).
  • Configure, administer, and troubleshoot Palo Alto Firewalls, Cisco ASA/Firepower, Cisco ISE, and Bluecoat Proxy solutions.
  • Monitor and optimize network performance using enterprise network monitoring tools and SNMP.
  • Collaborate with Cyber Security teams to implement security policies, infrastructure hardening, and security enhancements.
  • Support Network Automation initiatives using scripting and automation tools.
  • Manage Data Centre networking, High Availability (HA), and Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions.
  • Troubleshoot complex network issues and provide timely resolution across regional sites.
  • Work closely with architects, vendors, and global stakeholders to implement network standards and technology roadmaps.
  • Maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices.
  • Participate in regional infrastructure projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in enterprise network engineering or network security.
  • Experience supporting enterprise or multinational network environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with regional and global teams.
