Construction Project Planner / Scheduler

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Planner / Scheduler to build, maintain, and analyze critical path schedules for active construction projects. You will work closely with project managers, site supervisors, and sub-contractors to translate engineering plans into actionable timelines, track field progress, identify delay risks, and implement schedule mitigation strategies.

What You'll Do:

Develop baseline master schedules, perform schedule variance and time-impact analyses, execute resource leveling, and prepare executive progress reports to keep projects on track and within budget.

What We're Looking For:

Permanent or long term working rights in Malaysia

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field

Proven scheduling experience on commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects

Expert proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project

Strong working knowledge of Critical Path Method (CPM), Earned Value Management (EVM), and blueprint reading

Professional certification (PSP or PMI-SP) is a plus
