Job Description

Requirements:

SPM holders (Credit in English and Maths with 2 years of Customer Service Experience)

Diploma Holders (Fresh/ with minimum 1 year of experience)

Degree Holders (Fresh grads and with experience)

Good Communication Skill

Start Date: 6 January 2025

Job Scope:

Handle B2B inbound calls, regarding the merge of UOB and Citibank.

3 weeks of training would be provided, to enhance your customer service experience.

Working Hours:

Monday-Sunday (5 working days)

8am-11PM (8 hours of working)

Location: Menara Citibank

Job Application Progress:

1) Documentation

(NRIC, updated resume, Academic Certificate and Transcripts, Job Application Form, Conditional Offer letter)

2) Interview: 1 round Virtual interview (15 mins at Menara Citibank)

3) Background-check (BGC) on documentation, records of loans, shareholders or criminal records. BGC feedback (1 week)

4) Offer letter will be sent out via e-mail

Salary: RM2600- RM3000

*May be required to work OT hours, on the weekends or on public holidays
