About the role

As a Contact Centre Consultant - Card Call Centre - Inbound (SG) MY at CIMB Bank Berhad, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. This is a full-time position based in Kuala Lumpur. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls and enquiries related to our credit card services.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handle customers enquiries on the Bank's products and services.
  2. Process customers transactions accurately in accordance to the set procedures and guidelines.
  3. Respond to customers requests efficiently.
  4. Respond to customers complaints promptly.
  5. Deliver world class 24-hours telephone customer service in a consistent and professional manner.

What we're looking for

  • Possess good interpersonal, communication and customer servicing skills.
  • We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to better serve our Mandarin-speaking customers
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Computer literate with keyboarding skills.
  • Learn fast and comfortable with learning new products and system applications.
  • Possess lots of initiative, drive and pride in getting the job done the right way the first time.
  • Must be willing to work on 24-hour-rotation shift.
