Core Banking - Junior .Net Developer w/ Aldon

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Junior Application Maintenance/Production Support Engineer to join our Core Banking team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing L3 support, troubleshooting application issues, and maintaining the stability of systems related to Investments & Wealth. You will work on critical aspects of DevOps processes and leverage ALDON for automation on AS400 systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L3 support for core banking applications within the Investments & Wealth domain.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues to ensure seamless system operations.
• Collaborate with L1/L2 teams, developers, and business users to investigate and resolve production incidents.
• Support DevOps pipelines, continuous integration, and deployment processes.
• Manage and automate software deployments using ALDON on AS400 systems.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and implement long-term solutions.
• Perform database queries, analysis, and optimization on MS-SQL databases.
• Ensure compliance with production SLAs, service availability, and system health monitoring.
• Document solutions, technical guides, and best practices for support activities.

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge and experience with .NET technologies for application support and analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL development, query optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices for CI/CD automation.
• Hands-on experience with ALDON for deployment automation on AS400 systems.
• Strong understanding of MS-SQL database management.
• Knowledge of Open Systems and Windows OS environments.

Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in application maintenance and production support, preferably in the core banking domain.
• Hands-on expertise in DevOps, MS-SQL, and .NET technologies.
