Our capabilities in Submarine Cable Installation and Marine Maintenance comprises installation and repair of deep and shallow water fibre-optic cable systems, shore end installation, engineering and subsea surveys.

We are looking for a hands-on Corporate Communications Manager to lead and shape our Corporate Communications function. This role will drive internal and external communications, corporate branding, employer branding, digital content, employee engagement, and corporate events. The ideal candidate is both strategic and creative, with the ability to develop communication strategies while personally creating engaging content and designs across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage external and internal communications to drive awareness, advocacy, employee engagement, and alignment with company strategy.
  • Develop and implement corporate branding and communications strategies to strengthen the Company's brand, reputation, and market presence.
  • Lead communication activities and campaigns to shape the Company's perception and ensure consistent messaging across channels.
  • Lead employee engagement and employer branding initiatives, including annual programmes, employee clubs, and culture-building activities.
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee company events, campaigns, and CSR initiatives that support communications and employer branding objectives.
  • Manage content and engagement across social media and digital platforms, highlighting company culture, corporate activities, and employee stories.
  • Create and design engaging communication materials, including presentations, graphics, videos, newsletters, and corporate publications.
  • Develop and prepare corporate announcements, presentations, speeches, and other communication materials for organisation-wide and business needs.
  • Coordinate with corporate PR, creative, and other external agencies on branding, communications, and content initiatives.
  • Support media relations and crisis communications, and monitor public sentiment to protect and enhance the Company's reputation.
  • Lead and continuously improve the Company's Corporate Communications function, including communication planning, standards, and channels.
  • Support company-wide transformation projects through effective communication and stakeholder engagement.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate communications, employee engagement, events, or social media management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Creative, proactive, and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to actively contribute to diverse initiatives across the organisation.
  • Experience in event planning, social media, and CSR initiatives is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of digital communication tools and platforms.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
